What is reiki, anyway?
Simply put, Reiki is a Japanese system of relaxation and stress relief that also promotes healing. In this gentle, hands on technique, the practitioner channels universal life force energy through specific hand positions, facilitating a deep energetic release. I like to call it a massage for your energy!
When used together with (NOT instead of) traditional medicinal methods, reiki can greatly transform a person physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What to Expect
During your session:
You'll lie comfortably (fully clothed) in a peaceful space
I'll gently place my hands on or just above your body
You may feel warmth, relaxation and/or emotional release
There's nothing you need to do - just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
